Information
A
confirmation will be mailed within 4 to 5 working days from the date
of booking, showing full flight information and payments received. Full
balance is due 10 weeks before departure or deposits out with this period.
Balances:
Payments can be made by telephoning our administration telephone number
shown on confirmation. Payments by Mastercard and Visa are surcharged
at 2%. Payments by direct debit cards, Switch or similar are charged
at a flat charge of £3. Payments by cheque should be made payable
to Beaches Travel Ltd and mailed to the address on your confirmation.
Failure to make payment on the requested date could result in cancellation
or a substantial re-instatement charge.
Travel
Documents:
Normally dispatched 7 to 10 days prior to date of departure.
Late
Bookings:
Made within 2 weeks of departure, normally charged at £10 per
passanger. Tickets issued at the airport for collection.
Deposits:
Deposits and full balances are non refundable and this also applies
to insurance premiums if applicable.
Alterations:
Permissible alterations charged at a price quoted at the time of any
proposed alteration and payment made at this time.
Airport
Taxes Etc:
Included in quoted fares, but in the unlikely event they are increased
prior to date of travel, additional unbudgeted charges or taxes incurred,
will be passed on.
Passports
and Visas:
The responsibility of all passengers is to ensure they are in possession
of the necessary passports and visas is applicable.
Car
Hire:
Car hire contracts are normally fully inclusive with no excess waiver.
Certain suppliers impose an excess and following an accident, clients
credit card would be debited. The car hire broker on your return will
refund this amount. This avoids paying any requested additional monies
at resort. Hirers must be aged 25 - 65 years and hold a clean licence
for at least 1 year. Clients must hold a major credit card and an imprint
is required on collection. Petrol is paid on collection locally. Full
